Treat yourself with this yummy and healthy treat. This banana bread recipe is my family's favorite. Try this yummy, moist and tasty banana bread recipe that is very easy to make.
Ingredients:
2 cups sugar
1 cup melted butter/margarine
2 ½ cups flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
4 pieces eggs
1 teaspoon salt
10 pieces bananas (lacatan)

Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F. Grease a 10x11 inch cake pan.
- Combine the flour, salt, sugar, baking powder, and baking soda in a bowl.
- Put the bananas and the eggs in a blender and process until it becomes liquid.
- Combine the melted butter and the banana mixture in a bowl.
- Add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture and mix it well to make a smooth batter.
- Pour the batter in the prepared pan. Bake it for 40-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let the banana bread cool first before slicing and serving.
Tip:
It is better to use bananas that are very ripe with brown spots all over the peel. They make tastier banana breads.
You can also use loaf pans or cupcake pans for this recipe.
