White and Blue Wedding Cake

     This is a very simple wedding cake I made for my co worker. I used mocha chiffon cake for this. I only adjusted with the leavening agent so the cake wouldn't be very fluffy to carry the fondant.

     I used a flower cutter to emboss the surface of the fondant with floral designs.
