Number Cake

     This cake is for a cars-themed second birthday party. I baked the cake with a big square pan. I cut the cake into logs and arrange them into the shape of number 2.

White and Blue Wedding Cake

     This is a very simple wedding cake I made for my co worker. I used mocha chiffon cake for this. I only adjusted with the leavening agent so the cake wouldn't be very fluffy to carry the fondant.

Summer Themed Cake Tower

     I made this cake tower about a year ago for me nephew's 1st birthday. The theme of the party was Hawaiian/beach party.After looking for some ideas online, I came up with this design.

What is inside in each of these cute treats are layers of mini cake with buttercream. Then topped with fondant. Don't forget to decorate with cute sleeping baby.

Doll Cake

This is my first attempt in making a doll cake.

     I used a regular chocolate cake recipe for this.I used 2 7-inch cake and a 3inch cake.
